I absolutely love your hair and the results of the wrap-a-locks! I'm looking forward to your video about your supplement routine. I'm looking for one! All the best. 😘

Thank you. I can tell the difference in the thickness of my hair when I am taking biotin (w/coconut oil) vs. when I am not. Also, Vitamin D3 is essential. These two with a good multivitamin makes a huge difference for me. The other weapon may not be for everyone, but I'll share soon.

Also I'm now 13months sisterlocked & no more lost locks:)...trying to figure out how to replace henna & allow my grey to grow out without cutting my hair short would appreciate any suggestions. Best regards

Congratulations Angela! I've embraced my gray hair...Cassia provides the same benefit as henna without changing your hair's color.

Locks look great to me! But I understand what you're talking about as well. I definitely need to up my water and exercise game again. Also extra fruits and veggies isn't a bad idea either. btw do you retighten your own locks? If so do you find it easy? Because after my year is up (Sept.) I would like to maintain my own hair. Trying to get all the information I can. Thanks in advance.

can you show us how you self-retighten your hair?
@NatureCoilsbyPW7 жыл бұрын
Blossom Forbes Hi! I know others have done this but when I learned how to self re tighten, I signed an agreement saying that I wouldn't show someone else the technique. I have to honor the contract I signed...doing a video is dishonorable so for that reason, I cannot. I hope you understand.

You seem real, open and 'human' and imperfect, just like me. I hope you are able to work through the stress you're currently going through, I know what that is like. When you're having those bad days, just do what you can and don't feel guilty about what you can't. Every day is not a water and supplements type of day ;) But you will get back to it. You and your hair are GORGEOUS! Subscribed xx

I have some wrapalocs too but just can't figure out how to used them for the life of me can you do video on how you put them on your hair please? your grays are beautiful just like you! I just started growing mine out too, just got tired of chasing that white line. lol
@NatureCoilsbyPW7 жыл бұрын
OrganicBeauty Ok, I will make a video showing how I use the wrap-a-locs. Thank you!! Yes, life is too short to waste time worrying about gray hair. Now, if the gray strands miraculously revert back to black, I won't be sad. Lol!

Hang in there, ladybug. When I'm faced with difficult times I get a measure of comfort from this quote: "On particularly rough days, I remind myself that my track record for getting through tough days so far is 100% and that's pretty good." When I reflect on that quote I smile and say to myself, "yup, that's true!"

So true! ...a very good quote to reflect on during tough times. Thanks for sharing!! :)

Hi PW....what's your opinion on grooming sisterlocks? My consultant suggested that she grooms my 14months old sisterlocks & I'm reluctant and would really appreciate your feedback Thanks & best regards
@NatureCoilsbyPW7 жыл бұрын
Angela Sanchez What do mean by "grooming"? Trimming the stray strands to make the locks neat? If so, I wouldn't do it, especially not this early in your journey. It's not necessary and doing so will weaken the locs over time.

Love love your hair! I can't wait! How do you maintain that curl? How long does it last? I get my vitamins from Shakeology. Are you exercising to help alleviate stress?
@NatureCoilsbyPW7 жыл бұрын
Thank you! I really didn't do anything once I took the wrap-a-loc rollers out. I do wrap my hair every night though. I have not committed to a serious exercise regime in the last 6 months, so the answer is no. Exercise helps me a lot with stress and depression, but the motivation for it just left. I will get back to it soon..I have to!

NatureCoilsbyPW I totally can relate to the motivation piece. I actually run private groups online that helps with that. Please feel free to connect with me on instagram: @ms.miffs or Facebook.com/ms.miffs for info ☺️

Come on now! Where the next video at? 5 years loc’d?...or what you’re doing now like with health? Lol, I’m just being encouraging, don’t mind me. I’m always doing the most too. I’ve tried new things like Veganism and nutrisystem. My new thing is cooking Korean recipes and eating with chopsticks :). The good thing is we realize we need a change and act on it. Maybe slowly but nevertheless. Take Care!
