As a old school gamer on a sega mega drive moving to sega saturn then PS when i first launched mainly because it was the only console with a huge game library at the time ! Thank you for the support as a console player with all the crashing and having to do things on repeat is most annoying ! Losing hours or progress is not a good vibe at all ! Premium mods not working on my nitrado server and I can't figure out why they're not or how to make them usable ? Optimisation and the ability for the game to actually save as you are playing it would be optimum of course ? Though I doubt the game makers/developers, as it seems they have been lying from the start about the new ARK being written from new code ? The code is dodgey and seems far too familiar to me ? I love the game as a concept it is awesome but it just does not measure up in it ability to perform without crashing or glitching in some way or another ! Didn't nekatus make valguero and fjordur? 2 free maps plus Astreos is worth a little extra cash going his way. He makes great stuff and deserves a decent payday. 👌

Even if the performance is better it will still not stop every update introducing game breaking bugs. Also the game will still have horrible pay to win mechanics.

Can you please make your servers hold more on rafts. I tried to build a boat to live on and it has a very low amount of items. So I won’t play on your servers. Shirly Cray is a adventure pirate. I build a nice boat and sail all around the seas. Can’t place forge or bed and have walls and wind generator with cryo storage and fridges.

I play just single player on my own PC and have lost so many corpses to the map monster. Im farming tributes and the body clips out of existence. I die and my body clips under the map. Very tedious and thats not even talking about the constantly flickering shadows no matter what i set to. Game is so poorly optimized its insane

WC trailers lie all time is really fake .....

More optimization will be great but we all remember the s**t show Rag was upon release on ASE. I expect the same this go around as well. I want to be optimistic and all that good stuff but I'm a long time Ark player from the early days of ASE and WC is well known for all the let downs. It's so sad because this game has SOOO much potential if it were in the right hands.

Paying for what could be the best map of all time is worth it.

Because 15 bucks is the cost of an average meal. 15 bucks is nothing in today's world, half of you spend 50 bucks on doordash, most of you buy skin cosmetics in games yet 15 dollars on an interactive map is toooo expensive...what a strange hill to die on. As a modder this is annoying to hear.

I only ever play single player I turn clouds off and play medium settings with DLSS balanced it gets lonely but my frames are around 90 stable I have an RTX 4060 8GB

Game is straight shit. Mods dont even work on playstation. Half of them are broken.

Asterous is NOT worth 15 dollars. It's a great map. Pretty. But no creatures. Diversity is not great. Please don't take this as a cut on the work that was done on the map, but I'd rather play free maps and let this map go.

ive been thinking this for awhile now, i dont think ASA has an optimization issue... i think they actually had no idea how strong unreal engine 5 was because you really cant run the game on high settings without a 4080 at least, bare minimum.

The teether is still a thing on xbox single player split screen. Freaking sucks

You know my biggest problem with the game right now? The mesh raiding! Got meshed 2 times in 2 days, my tribe lost probs 100,000 tames and we have lost dedis and dedis of resources, the Devs aren't interested and only threaten us with the ban hammer if we go in to defend. Welcome to the mesh wars 2.0 because the only way to combat mesh is to mesh too

The performance has nothing to do with breeding/raising it’s all to do with structures and massive bases they need to optimise them

So meshers can now mesh in perfect frame rate nice good job wildcard

Don't need any testing to tell you its the hamster spinning a wheel they have for servers. They performed better in 2016 with basically the same game, now almost 10 years years later we have regressed. 100 player center servers, pvp, everyone fighting. 10 years ago. Now we got 70 player PVE servers with no one fighting and the servers stroking out on us 24/7.

Abberation, when I play with my buddies the tether distance has been fixed a bit and no black screen when going down into the red zone for RockDrakes which is nice but hopefully unreal 5.5 will fix these issues and with all other maps it's all caves need to be fixed too lol😅 but great game indeed so amazing

As frustrating things are people should stop being toxic in their official discord and start motivating these devs and be as positive as you can whilst voicing your opinion. I hate seeing “ devs are s***, devs are useless” etc etc They’re human too imagine going work and someone telling you that you’re bad at your job… We need to stay positive and motivate the devs and enjoy their game 🫶
