No one mentioned that there shouldn't be any oil in the charge pipe or the intercooler,it's for converting hot air in to cold air,not oil.

That airbag is the under occupancy IE if a child was sat in there the airbag won’t go off but you’ve disabled the airbag altogether not really good from a safety point of view it’s like when they fit resistor’s to seat belts and people don’t know until an accident happens this isn’t a rant on you it’s friendly advice cos the world as just seen you do it,bite the bullet fix it properly you’re putting looks in front of safety 😮

For the bumper line, a few washers under the bumper where the front top screws go in. Thatll lift it the 3mm or so it needs to line up. Relating to the lower grills, best bet would be buy some aluminum grill mesh & cut to size. Attatch with tigerseal 👌🏼 so choose a grill style you like cos removing will be difficult 😂😂

Youll have to code the washers out... inpa/ista or carly app will be your friend. It will still pass MOT when theyre not present as long as there's no working aspects 😊

Starter motor cables loose or bad earth to body.

We have ppl where i live that will stand at window or front door and watch me work on car and moan about it. Yet others make noise they do nothing and then they stand or dance in their front garden with music on loud themselves. They have tried moaning at us and swearing at us but we stood our ground. Then they get police involved saying we started it and they didnt swear. Cctv and dash came showed different. Still watch us now even tho been told leave us alone. Some ppl just nothing better to do

Got to remember you are trying to fix this yourself mate - brake pipe repair sounds like a nightmare but once you do it once you can do it again and again and don't need to worry about taking your car anywhere else and will save you money / increase your profits. Keep going mate 💪

Unlucky with your neighbours. I have been working on my Subaru Legacy on my drive on and off for the last 6 years. Whenever i'm out there, they ask how it's going and wish me good luck. And btw - are you telling me that you have to drop the fuel tank to change the Fuel pump? Jeez lol

My next-door neighbour has a Triumph Stag, two lads opposite make loads of noise currently converting a Transporter into a camper, years ago the neighbour next to them built top quality kit cars (the tube chassis type, not on a beetle) and I've had loads of people ask about my Mantas and Fiesta ST when I'm working on them. I live just outside Oxford and the situation was the same when I lived in Bristol. I work a lot on a housing development and there are loads of guys working on cars and motorbikes too--nobody would dare moan about it unless they're mad!

Don't worry about your neighbours they got fuck all better to do in life, where I live there is 7 houses in the close I said to a mate you can park your motorhome on the front when you're not using it so I have CCTV on it 24/7 they don't like it, I constantly have friends and families cars being worked on, I used to work on them out on the street but another homeowner that lives in the next close whose back windows and back garden gate face into the close I live she takes pictures and videos of me working on cars so now I work on all vehicles on my drive so she can't see what I'm doing but the neighbours that live nextdoor and nextdoor to them hate my guts, they have contacted the council and the housing association and told them I am running a business, the council said if I am I have to pay business rates on the property and the housing association came out and I am not allowed to do any work on the public highway but can do it on the driveway, they are that 2 faced they still ask me to do things for them, the wife caught one of the neighbours out for reporting me because she rang up the housing association and said I was running a business so when the letter dropped through the door to contact them she rang up gave the street name and the complaint the lady on the phone said "Ooooh are you the lady from No7 that made the complaint" the wife said "No I'm the person that lives at No5 that they are complaining about but thankyou for letting me know who reported me" the lady on the phone was mortified she'd dropped her in it 😂😂

PS: If you call noise-control, etc., on them, then someone will knock you unconscious on the neighbours behalf. The cops will do nothing. Verbatim from a recorded Police call: "Sort it out yourself".

Neighbours like that generally have barking dogs that never get walked, out-of-control kids and throw noisy parties, with their "guests" parking in my driveway. You know the people I mean. The laws and rules are for everyone else - not them, apparently...
