he did two pull ups and two quarter front lever, a traverse with the feet on the floor... kindergarden exercises, that was enough to climb a stair up but hubble is on another training planet....think it is faked....Ben and Jerry were far stronger

20 mins for fingers only… unrealistic. Because of that this protocol is probably not very useful. Would be cool to hear something more practical.

This is one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen. The anger, the determination, the support from his friends, the perseverance. I love watching Louis' coaching videos but this shows a completely different side. Amazing

Could you make an more indepth video on how you trained? Or was it more like 4 days a week, climbing and exercises as you liked? Or did you have a structure?

Genuine question. I've never been on an outdoor climb. Is it normal for all the climbers to watch their friend get mad during a project? I climb inside only so the projects don't usually feel this intense I think.

What about your thumbs? Do you trained them? I saw a French teenage boy on Magnus Midtbo's channel doing pull ups with the board. Even Magnus couldn't hold on to do one pull up.

I would love to see a follow up with Christiano on rehab progression exercises for the elbow, both lateral and medial. There are a lot of new ideas out there, and it gets pretty hard to sort the good advice from the chaff. Also, climbers elbows are not the same as Achilles tendon or knee tendon issues. What should i do the day after a flare up? What should I do before a climbing session if I am just starting to get better?
