The best multiplayer game should be Space Marine 2. It's my game of the year. It also has a sick single player campaign if you want to play it solo. The storyline, cutscenes, graphics, and everything is on point.

I waited for the physical collectors edition of this to come out so I just started playing alan wake 2.... Got through this chapter and it blew my brains out my ass lol just alone in my room overwhelmed with this shit 😆 Been going thru KZbin reactions to this to relive this insane moment. I think he killed him self by drinking white Claudia(poison) to be with Mary. Originally in the vhs tape, Mary starts coughing after she asks him “promise you’ll take me here again someday”, this time she doesn’t. When it shows James, that’s when he died

This is one of the most envigorating sequences in videogames for the past decade at least (well, this and Final Fantasy VII Remake Airbuster boss fight), but I don't really understand how you've managed to play it so timidly and calmly instead of charging headstrong and blasting everything on your path as fast as humanly possible à la Doom/Quake. Also, I assume that somebody in the comments probably has already pointed that out, but even before Ashtray Maze there was a Concert Battle scene in the first Alan Wake game, and the song there was performed by the same fiction in-game band Old Gods of Asgard (which is a moniker for Poets of the Fall, a Finnish rock band and frequent Remedy collaborators since the days of Max Payne 2). Even the moment in the end, when Jesse takes off the headphones and says "That was awesome!" (which you also somehow missed) was actually a conscious reference to that scene.

The first time I played Alan Wake 2, I was like, man it would be awesome to have another musical sequence. The moment I entered this scene I was like: This HAS to be at the Game Awards. When they actually started performing live at the Game Awards I was like, man it would be so cool if Sam Lake was with them And then he walked on to the stage to join the chorus. The pure joy on his face - he was on top of the world in that moment.

LUTO hits hard Birdy. This game isn’t just about horror in the traditional sense; it’s about diving into the darkness of grief, depression, and isolation in a way that feels, idk more real? This is the kind of horror that lingers long after you finish, a reminder of how powerful storytelling can be when it doesn’t shy away from real, human fears. Kudos to Broken Bird Games for making something so hauntingly beautiful and thought-provoking.

This DLC adds an extra layer of mystery and dread with the Bureau of Control. Playing as Agent Estevez in such an eerie, controlled setting while dealing with supernatural forces and new enemies like ‘The Painted’ is just incredible. I mean also, Remedy’s world-building and connection between Alan Wake and Control was so mind-blowing for me!

I think I could now just run and scan all 21 Keepers (you only need 20) from memory. For any new player that's streaming, try to get a few episodes ahead of publication / don't focus on comments. Careless comments have a habit of spoiling things best not spoiled.

White Claudia is a herb found on the edges of Toluca lake which is the base for a hallucinogenic drug thats causes a temporary (and highly addictive) state of "bliss". The town's cult would use it in their rituals to keep followers in check. Michael Kaufman, Director of Alchemilla Hospital, would eventually work with this cult to mass produce the drug, turning many of the townsfolk into addicts. It was also a bargaining chip to force Lisa Garland to continue taking care of Alessa (SH1). Sadly, this makes the bliss ending a bleak outcome as James pretty much denies any accountability for his actions and dopes himself into a false sense of undeserved contentment

bliss is the ending when james is being absorb into silent hill. he become a ghost. living a loop in la la land.
