lmao I've made the 911 call too! Right after that phone call was finished XD I didn't finish the game though I wonder if that was a SH2 reference you have completely missed. Upstairs with a lot of doors (because of them alone I thought "we're in Silent Hill now huh?" xD) at both ends of the corridor there are bars blocking the way and at one end there is a key behind the bars, just like in SH2 when Laura kicked James as he was reaching for the key :D
