Without the insta-grow from last league, this relic is 💩💩💩. I get most of my points from skilling during leagues and there’s practically zero chance that I take this relic. I get it, last year’s insta-grow aspect was broken af & Tithe was insane xp, but as is, this years version is underwhelming.

They have seriously changed shit up this year. I get it can’t be the same every year but all these nerfs must be something good coming. We only have 8 weeks. Farmers fortune was a blessing. Now I don’t know what to pick anymore

Sadly ill be forced probably to take this relic but i really dont want it. dunno if i can get 99 from birdhouses nest- kingdom nest ,-mole nest and toa loot. Ill be doing so much toa anyway should keep a stream of magic seeds and ranners. My biggest question is how hard 99 herb is going to be without extreme grow tick boost. Farming i could probably get without it ten times xp of a magic tree is 130k with fally varrock lummy= 390k xp. So far should be possible.

I'm fairly confident, the third relic is Golden God. Overgrown being a Region Fixing Relic in terms of Farming Grimoire being a region fixing relic in terms of Magic + Offensive Prayers Golden God fixes prayer training for some regions, But who knows, maybe we get a slayer relic.

So basically: Free 99 farming (possibly 50M and 200M exp) Plus infinity ingredients without effort or All spellbooks and Prayers... Tough choice, not gonna lie

It might not replant while you're offline, but since we have mobile, it won't take 10s to log in and out to get it running again, assuming it starts autoplanting again when you log in, to me this is the defining factor on whether to take it or not. The 75% chance to save seeds effectively gives you 4x seeds in the long run, and as mentioned in the video if you pair this with banker's note you'll be laughing at total recallers from the mid game onwards. Edit: if the fruit from tithe farm also never die, then you can literally plant every single spot over and over again and not bother watering them, just harvest, replant, continue.

This is fire sale with an additional free 99 prayer and magic. Its huge. My hot take: this is going to go up against Trickster and another new relic that solves 2 skills and money.

If it ran offline I could see use cases. As it stands it’s just not gonna be able to stand up to Grimoire for anyone who needs the prayer, and the third relic would need to be pretty niche to make this farm relic worthwhile. The fact that it doesn’t actually speed up how fast you are getting crops means just doing farm runs is not that much worse. Especially if this doesn’t use fertilizer, or get bonuses from your equipment. Actually, you know what, no. It’s worse than not using the relic. Because the fertilizer/equipment means you get a lot more per seed. That’s more farming xp, more herbs…. This may actually be worse than nothing.

Ngl, they are being annoying. Give us the initial combat mastery reveal. A single relic reveal, and a niche one at that, is such a waste a reveal slot.

The relics have been a little disappointing this year (so far). Seems everything is a bit nerfed.

This relic is better than the last relic, it's less active time and less seeds needed, you can start farming earlier than the other relic and makes early game resources much easier

I think people are sleeping on the combat potential of TR. Its effectively infinite HP, Prayer and Spec PROVIDED the boss isnt in an instance. If it IS instanced it loses a lot of power but is still a one click reset button for you can the boss. Imagine killing bandos, recalling, then walking straight back through the door to spec him down again. BN is amazing, i took it last year with no regrets, but this time round im happy to go without. TR is just more fun imo.

Taking into account my lack of boss experience and unsure of how much time i'll actually be able to play, i think bankers note will have a much bigger impact at my level of play

Every time I get tempted to take Total Recall (as a decent PvMer) I just think "but 15m rc xp/hr" and can't justify it. As a fire saler-globetrotter last league, last recall doesn't make runecrafting fast enough.

banker's note for converting logs into planks + building/runecrafting/ all gathering skills, your looking at like 30 hours of time save over the 5 or so weeks to max out.

Are we going to need mory to charge the scythe? It would suck to get the drop from cox/toa, but not charge it.

Bankers Note is superior in every single aspect over Total Recall with only one single exception and that is spec attack without a relic, D, or F + T. This is the serious complete truth. There's no argument for TR. It's a bait

I did last recall last year and it was great doing GWD. I'd use ardy cloak to tele once i killed a boss, renew prayer and then last recalled back to GWD and repeated

I don't think I see your point about higher pvm skill points you towards total recall, because you want to use the dogsword to kill the bosses in godwars, while you require them to make it in the first place? so you've already done your content and then you want to go back to the same content again with the full build? in gwd you can probably just use the altar to go out like previous leagues, and with note you can just eat up regardless, so it's just a matter of a couple spells here and there. It just seems niche to me

Last recall reseting stats means there is no need for food, supplies and you have a teleport anywhere in the map you want. Do you know how powerful instant max supplys is in less then 3 seconds. Compare that with infinite banknotes into supplies and thats it... Its not even close.

Already decided was going banker's note this year if they had it. While i of course used last recall plenty i didn't deem it a necessity. Especially when they made teleport relics better this year then they already were.

Total recall can massively increase gwd kill speeds by setting a save point at the door you can enter kill the boss teleport out back to full stats and re enter without waiting 90s or killing minions

I think there are gonna be some really dumb exploits with Total Recall that might be easy to overlook. Like could we just set a recall point right before the end of an Agility course get really fast laps/XP? Is there a way to abuse this with stealing artefacts? Is TPing down to the better mine in GotR actually useful? Is just setting a TP beside, i dunno, the tormented demons, and just TPing to refil spec or HP, like is that enough to make this really strong? BN is obviously really, REALLY strong, but for most content (outside of raids and runecraft training) TR is gonna be like 90% as good. So much of its use is to avoid TP'ing to a bank. If you are going raidless,. or if you are comforable not needing to bring the whole bank with you, i could see TR being super useful.

Recall might save your stats but it doesn't give you your spent supplies back, so depending on the boss you might just gain 2 or 3 extra kills per trip Not that great

Note is way better for RC/Crafting/Planks/Smithing/Cooking/Fletching/prayer/Herb. And the clue relic gets you to a lot of places like Zulrah/Barrows Chest/KBD/DKs/Cerb/Sara/Zammy/Nex etc so you can just home tele and go back. It helps so much with just chill bosses you don't really need to spec and with raids/inferno/etc. Recall probably pretty necessary if you wanna camp GWD, but note should be better on bosses that you can't just spec out in 50s.

BN is a good pvm crutch for the noobs and saves you 3 hours in pvm but TR serves as a spec relic for non instances and unlimited pray and hp

Last Leagues Fire Sale was a very good relic against Banker's Note. This one Total Recall against Banker's note isn't even fair, why pick Total Recall to go back outside Zulrah if I can just have an infinite amount of food and prayer pots noted and just keep doing whatever boss for how long i want. To be honest this League it feels they want us to pick certain regions and relics.

I'm leaning towards Total Recall, personally. It seems more fun. I think the fact that it no longer resets the location you saved after using it, opens up some interesting skilling opportunities. Like setting the recall to the end of the squirk maze, the top of the Agility Pyramid, or the end of the Sepulchre, none of which are instanced. Not only that, if it saves boosted stats that could be interesting. If you get a smouldering heart drop from a tormented demon you can recall to save that massive boost and use it all over the place.

Bankers not is essential for runecrafting, it was just sooooo good last year
