Be hilarious if raids 4 will be kandarin and if select region- relic you get to test it along with unknown bosses and loot. After leagues it would disappear while they poll and balance it for future release ingame. I think this is the only possible way id pick kandarin. It would take something epic that would shock the entire gaming world for it to be picked.

If you pick grimoire you can get ancient magics without unlocking the desert if you pick wilderness you can get ancient staff to autocast ancient magics without unlocking the desert if you pick fremennik you can fight the phantom muspah and obtain ancient icon and ice quartz but you still need the desert to turn the staff into ancient sceptre what the hell gagex? is this an oversight or are they just giving us the finger with this bs

My husband reminded me that you actually need completion of DT1 to wield the Ancient Staff as it is, it doesn't say that about the Ancient Scepter though. Also Wildy has the Thammaron Sceptre so regardless they'll be able to autocast with that

Zeah still pretty terrible imo. Who cares if you can get a decent gloves or a wand. Still terrible gear for every style and still the longest raid with the worst rewards. Only saving grace is the DWH and the elder if they end up being good (two other defense lowering options and likely major accuracy buffs).
