Awesome! Best advice for an Ultra is to just keep moving. No matter what, just keep going. Try to limit your time in the transition area, do what you have to in there, but don't loiter. Test out all your gear well in advance, and it's not a bad idea to train/run in a Practice Pinnie: amzn.to/46N8ArJ Those things can get warm, best to acclimate before hand.
