Isnt this intervals? Fartlek is a speed game without any certain rest.. Fartlek is a run from point A to point B and between those points you just play with different speeds.. but what do I know. Good job anyway sir.

I do the same fartlek with same rest at 3:20pace per km...very hard and aerobic training...my time in 3 km is 9:25 min....wish the best for pearson greetings from Greece

@@vipinotp6465 me I do 1 long run between 70-80minutes 1 interval(10x400m with 1 rest in 1:15min or 6x800m with 1:30 in 2:34-36)1 interval hills (10x200m or 10x400m hils)1 short tempo 20-25 minutes and 2 easy runs between 40-45 minutes...6 training per week...imagine me im 27 years old and I haven't coach I train alone...if you have hard work ethic you can run under 10 minutes...I wish you good luck

@@vipinotp6465 if you run 10:00 minutes you must do 8-10x400m with 1min rest in 78-80 seconds or 5-6x 800m with 1:30 rest in 2:40 minutes or 12 x 300m with 1 minute rest in 57-58 seconds....the training doing in track and field stadium but me I doing in roads or parks because I haven't stadium near in my house

@@dimitriskiousis1593 same here no ground..Roads are full of dogs..so I do in beach..the sand is very difficult but no other way..that's why I can't track my running distance.. 400m , 800m I can't run by distance..can I run according to time.. example 2mins run 30sec rest that way... what will be approximate time for 400m and 800m if when run by time?
