It seems like a huge area for you is bike tactics and when to make that move. On the flip side, a guy like Kristian can just push big watts and maintain threshold for awhile. Definitely interesting to try to figure out.

Good eye! My old run sponsor let me wear them to race in because they hadn't come out with their own super shoe. I now use them for training because they don't have a ton of miles on them.
