Popping front springs off, "I've never had anything go bad this way" almost knocks over his whiteclaw.. I'm just here to see how much you welded cause I want to be able to cut mine off and reuse, just in case. Looks like a half circle and a small stitch on top. Which was about my plan. That everlast sounds nice for a 110v!

Did you make a follow up video after the install of the new engine??? I was just told I’ll probably need a new engine for my 97 Z3 (2.8, manual transmission). I don’t have the $8500 they quoted for it (besides, I only paid a fraction of that for it).

A twin turbo M62B44 tuned by Cosworth was used in the Bentley Arnage Green Label. Something I'm curious about is why the M60/62/S62 have such a unique sound for a V8? I thought for a while maybe it was the smaller displacement but there are Audi and Mercedes V8s that are 4.0 and 4.2 that still have a bassy muscle car sound to them, while the M6X engines to my ear sound somewhat similar to the BMW I6 engines at certain RPMs. Even straight piped E39s I've heard, while they certainly sound more aggressive still have a unique sound both intake and exhaust. And the S62 has just a fucking awesome intake sound where I swear you're hearing the sound of the air swirling from one side of the plenum to the other because of the velocity stack setup. I will get a recording as soon as I can of my car as I'm very happy with the exhaust note after fitting some Magnaflow high flow cats, it's riding the line perfectly between a sweet aggressive sound on throttle but still maintains the subdued luxury car quietness when just cruising. I love my M62B44, even though the first thing I did was fit new TCGs as it had 197xxx miles when I bought it

I'm doing this now on my '99 540i/6. There are *TEN* E12s and two E10s. Thank you for showing it. I was going crazy looking for the other E12 at the top. Thanks for the video in general. I don't like that shifter clip. It helped to come in from the backside with a regular screwdriver to help lever it up.

Awesome video! Very spot on. I unbolted my subframe and brought it down along with the engine and transmission attached, and disconnected the steering linkage to not drain the power steering, or disconnect my a/c condenser. Then I attached new mounts all around to the subframe and lifted the engine back up from the bottom, because trying to get the engine to sit on the motor mounts from up top is tricky. If I had to do it all over again, I would always remove everything through the bottom of the car.

I’m a bit late but in the future i wanna swap mij 316i for either a m50 or a m52. Its my daily tho. I also don’t know how far i wanna go power wise. I would say not much more compared to stock. For now lets say i don’t wanna turbo it but do like other mods to gain some hp like intake and exhaust manifolds, exhaust stuff like that. What do you think?

A motor only has one system, like an electric motor, starter etc.. An engine has a multiple systems to run. Your working on an engine so call it an engine. Just sayin..

BMW rear ends are garbage no matter if it’s a M car or not. Trash. I’m learning that the hard way. Coming from Ls turbo s Chassis those diff hold tons. I had to try a bmw 330ci and well let’s just say my turbo ls will be blowing any bmw diff to bits. The bmw cars are cool but I should have bought a 370z. I well I like my 330ci so Ford 8.8 fab work and 2 grand for overpriced axles from SLG here we come.

Hey guys I'm in a pickle here. I'm doing this job on my 2009 535 manual. everything says i should need lock plate pn 23211490120 but i went to install it and that pn is way smaller than what's installed in my car. my input flange nut is also 32mm instead of 30. what pn lock plate do i need???

I don’t know if you know this, but the steering rack is also used in the E46 M3 CSL also I tried to get one for My Z4 it’s like $4000😂
