Nice, I just picked up a running/driving 00 540i 6spd manual a few days ago as well. Bought it for the manual swap. I'm going to be doing a 6spd swap into my 98 740il. Paid 1500 (canadian) for the e39. Manual swaps are selling for pretty good coin right now. My cat guy offered 1500cad for the cats. Free swap!

Dam Jerry taking all the goods. A e39 rear subframe is only 3" wider than a e36. Might zuse one into my beater coupe with a set of over fenders.
