I was six years old, when somebody touched me. I was in a dark closet crying. When he touched me. All of my pain and sorrow was gone. He has walked with me ever since.

The last verse of We Shall See Jesus was translated into Bosnian for the creation Pope John Paul II held in Sarajevo in the Sudetenland of 1989.
@CharlotteAhlemann-gu5nm2 ай бұрын
Someone badly wants to suppress this song. I thought most people knew that Sarajevo was in Bosnia since they hosted the Winter Olympics there in 1984. I was there and I am proud that my father won medals in both Nordic and Alpine Skiing events. I am fluent in Bosnian. The stealing of music copyrights is extremely upsetting to me!! I went with the Pope on this trip down the Danube River and through the Balkan Peninsula. It upsets me that Godless people have no respect for that!!

What are we saved by grace from, if not from our old life of sin? What good is grace if it doesn’t change our spiritual identity from sinner to saint? “Saved by grace” is not good news at all if it leaves us as “sinners.” It’s a noble attempt at humility but it erodes the Gospel of grace because grace transforms the believer. “He that practices sin is of the devil.” 1 John. 3:8. Our practice reveals our parentage.

Someone stole the copyright and mistrsnslated the Flemish for I Want To Thank Jesus. The original wording for the verse was: IN THE MORNING at daybreak they were walking my Lord TO PILATE"S JUDGMENT HALL. So sad was the scene there that PILATE WASHED HIS HANDS. But like a Lamb He was humble to the Father's own will. My mother's language translations are superb. I am upset that someone stole the copyright and changed her wording!!

I wrote Living By Faith in early 1970. I had sulphuric acid thrown in my face by my mother and was blind for two days. God gave me the assurance everything would be alright. Then my pastor came and told me that Jesus healed a man who was blind. So he asked me to reach out by faith and receive a healing from my blindness. Then I could see! Living By Faith was written in Flemish.

This is an odd claim. The song is attributed to James Wells (1918). According to timekeeping as I understand it, 1918 precedes the 1970s.

I'm just a sinner continually being saved (delivered, held) by GRACE. Grace isn't a one time thing. It is truly God. God's grace, is God in the gift of, Himself incarnate in Yeshua making himself receivable. We of ourselves are nothing. He didn't come to make bad people good He came to make dead people alive in Him.

Lyrics: Overview Lyrics Videos Listen Artists Main Results Once on a hillside, people were gathered Hoping to see Him, as thousands were fed He touched the blind eyes, healed broken spirits He moved with compassion, while He raised up the dead Once on a hillside, people were gathered Watching as Jesus was crucified No one showed mercy, to the one who had healed them Yet, Jesus loved them, as He suffered and died Once on a hillside, people were gathered For Jesus had risen and soon would ascend Then, as He blessed them, He rose to the heavens And gave them His promise to come back again We shall see Jesus, just as they saw Him There is no greater promise than this When He returns in power and glory We shall see Jesus, we shall see Jesus, just as He is!

Great singers. Poor theology. Paul wrote his letters to the "Saints who are in Ephesus" Eph 1:1. Same in Philippians 1:1 "To all the saints in Christ Jesus who are in Philippi..." not the sinners who are in Ephesus or sinners in Philippi.
