Right the D/Ds are based off historical and mythological RULERS. So I can understand how scale surveyor makes it in, the others... somebody cooked?

I went turn 2 against a Trickstar deck. Immediately went into D'Arc. Their rage quit was delicious.

honestly man i have to thank you for these vids, they really showed i was only going like 40% my deck's power (my end board would be random as hell but mostly end with high king ghengis or sig + machinex with 2-3 materials) with no interuptions, but now i can, with even things like getting hit with droll, still make a decent to good end board and still have interuptions in hand. in just a few spans of a month after discovering these videos i go from barley seeing a turn or 2 against my buddy who uses voiceless voice to 2-0'ing him whilst only owning 2 gilgamesh's. im so glad that we finally got support just so we can hit with shifter 😂

Why summoning Kali Yuga on your turn? That isn't the most valuable way to take advantage of Kali Yuga effects, rather of should be summoned on opponent's turn IMHO.

It didn't make our endboard stronger at all just more consistency for the deck. But in my opinion it was consistent enough. And now with the new support which is unnecessary for me, we have less space for handtraps and all. They should've give us an easy possibility only for d/d/d to summon d/d/d kali yuga in the opponents turn. This would make d/d/d a meta deck.

I suppose that someone has pointed it out already but, in the gryphon plus any four you can actually end on Gilgamesh too, You do normal four, special gryphon for gilga for orthros and ragna, pend summon four and gryphon make little Caesar make tell use orthros to pop tell dump necro fuse into Genghis bring back little Caesar with ragna bring back gryphon with Genghis grab headhunt link little Caesar and gryphon into another Gilgamesh grab swamp contract fuse into Genghis with caesar and gryphon in grave summon big caesar and use the Gilgamesh you made before for machinex

@@Lunax3-xs2ji oh okay i see lmao if you are really sure that its a bot which does not have any card or handtrap just go the basic 2 card combo line: Go to small caesar > go to tell > burn the opponent > dump tell and foolish necro slime > necro slime go small genghis > gilga on field to machinex > revive small caesar > pop caesar with orthros > caesar gets swamp > use swamp and fuse into your second small genghis > go battle phase and attack with machinex and your two small genghis. Since you have burned your opponent by 1000, you only need 7000 for the OTK

funny thing is i have actually looked into it recently because of the new support. The kali yuga lock might not be as consistent, but there is another lock we can do, which is crazy consistent now. Be on the look out in the next couple of days ;)

ik there are, but i have yet to see an application for that card. Extra surveyor is not great at all, since his level is awkward, his scale too and his effect is super niche, because it‘s basically anti-pendulum. But the problem is, who plays pend in the first place aside from us

Thx for enjoying :D Unchained Lab is tough. We can deal with spot negation without removal okay, but since Lab and Unchained tend to pop, flip or link off over your monsters, we can only play through 2 interruptions maximum if they know what they‘re doing. For maximum push against this matchup I would say, always strive for the swirl + rage + kepler 3 card combo. Go into Big Geng with swirl. Now they have to pop or link geng immediately. Otherwise u shut off one of their traps. If they let it go through, summon kepler, cl1 kepler search gate, cl2 big geng revive rage, activate rage tribute kepler to turn off hand and grave, activate gate search coper, special coper with swirl, coper foolish necro, link rage and coper into gilga and scale gryphon and thomas. Afterwards it‘s normal full combo

Hey man, good video, hope the support solve some of the decks problems! I wanted to ask you something: do you objectively think the deck is worth learning (compared to it's true potential)? Is it good going 2 etc...

Hey Shori, very cool question. The support was great in the sense of giving us more consistency. That being said tho, this deck is simply not meta-viable atm. Our consistency cards do not always stack great with eachother, so we cannot trade with handtraps that well compared to SE or FK. Going 2nd is very hard if you don‘t know the deck well and the potential going 2nd is not the best either. But if you want to look for a deck which challenges you but rewards you tenfold when u do it right, u found it :D! there are so many different combos to do depending on ur hand. Therefore, each game feels and plays out super differently. It‘s like rediscovering new things from something u though u knew already

I do hope we get some more proper D/D/D's as well. Still hoping for a High King version of Gilgamesh and perhaps a Link Super Doom King, perhaps it could be the first Link Pendulum card in the game.

Cool question, I would suggest that you should try out the D/D/D Build from 2018/19. Basically the version which got D/D/D its spreadsheet reputation. This version typically ends on crystal clear wing, hope harbinger and siegfried.

i would rather play less swrill and less kepler as swirl doesn't do a thing byitself and kepler is now more accessible + count replaces throne so you can even put fiendsmith engine if you want or go like spe count search scale spe scale link into moon into requiem into lacrima into necroquip into sequence into desirae.

DDD desperately needs a link 3, it would be soo cool if you could avoid waisting all 3 gilg in a single combo. A link 3 which recycles from banished to add something for example
