Great performances. But the bass player couldn't afford the bottom of the bass? They should have paid him more.

This was Huey Lewis without the News (except Johnny Colla on sax). Paul Shaffer & his band filled in. When Huey returned to the Letterman show in 1986, the News were with him, and both bands played together.

JEALOUSY TURNED LEVONS SOUL MALIGNANT, LISTEN TO ROBBIES INTERVIEWS OVER THE YEARS, HE EXPLAINED WHY HE LEFT, HE WAS ALWAYS KIND WHEN HE TALKED ABOUT LEVON. LEVON WAS JEALOUS OF ROBBIES SUCCESS AND HATED HIM FOR IT...

This is really an impressive performance live, and I do believe they are live, and pulling this song off like this. They make it look effortless. As a group they are really tight, right on their game. What collective talent and a lot of practice. It shows.

Great to see a Live performance. Particularly for a TV station. A live performance is a big deal for a TV studio. It takes a lot of resource and time.
