You don’t need the vegetable broth. It does nothing for the dish but add salt which you’re already adding with the spices… just add more coconut milk if you want it thinner.

I can't use the farro but using black rice or quinoa is ok. I use peanut butter, lime juice, low sodium soy or bragg aminos, maple syrup or local honey, and sesame seed oil, ginger, with some Sriracha or similar hot sauce for the dressing.

You should've put in some oregano, red pepper flakes, mixed herbs or chilli flakes which would give the pasta 🍝 a much better taste. You've only put parsley, garlic and butter for the added flavour. I would've added much more flavours to it to enhance its taste.

Definitely not a romance book but just wanted to leave a recommendation for anyone that might see this! Trigger warning: Some major self harm and depression topics I Had That Same Dream Again by Yoru Sumino Revolves around a young elementary schooler (Nanoka) who is tasked with answering, “What is happiness” by her teacher. She talks with 3 people, one who harms herself, one who is shunned from society, and one who is old and living peacefully, all trying to find their own answer to what happiness is. Honestly a book I dont want to spoil since its such a surreal experience reading, but the writing that revolves around the contrast between Nanoka’s child-like nature and the complex aspects of life is so well executed and thought provoking, that it created an emotional rollercoaster in its short ~230 page story, full of happy moments, but more so the tragic moments that put a deep weight on my heart as I read. The subtle nuances of language made me think a lot about society, all the different yet intertwined lives of people, and what “happiness” truly means. Definitely worth a read, was a 10/10 for me. I could ramble on so much about this book if i didnt want to keep this spoiler free❤
