Honestly find this the easiest and best way to eat meat. Slow cooking bones to make a broth so that you slow cook your steak after in is so good!

Reaching into other containers after handling meat without washing your hands in between is absolutely wild. Edit: the moisture youre talking about is a result of not dehydrating the meat long enough. Much of what you're doing in this video is unsafe. I would recommend looking up safe practices for making homemade jerky. Otherwise you might end up sick from E. Coli and other harmful microorganisms.

It’s so funny a couple days after I posted this video I was at an Asian market and actually saw some there where the meat is. It was already packaged up. It was a much smaller package, but still only $3.00. I have never really noticed it there before I’m not sure if it was always there. Maybe check your Asian market too. ☺️

My mixture turned out too runny so I added more pork panko, to total one cup of the pork panko. I also added one Tablespoon of active dry yeast (for flavor) and a small teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. They turned out great.

Hello from Canary Island...what a do...is: 1. Fast Searing both sides with tallow 2. Cook them in a pressure cooker (brand: WMF) for 25-30 minutes. 3. Then: 2 option... A) eat them. B) put it over a rack in the oven for 15-22 minutes at 240-250°c. Amazing

I’ll try that recipe! I’ve seen so many that the youtubers have to get their 5 minutes of fame, they use stuff like protein powders, some exotic stuff where it’ll end up costing like $20.00 to make some home made buns, they might even toss in a little WD-40 for their secret ingredients. This recipe I’m gonna have a go with next time I cook dinner.

What kind of gadget is that please Krys? I've been keto twice and getting back to it as I spent two months with my dad last year before he died, then couldn't get back on the horse. Recently depression made me just not care and I wanted to be 'free' to eat whatever with anyone. I got up to 250lbs being 'free' so have returned. I'm terrible at counting macros but have trouble keeping to strict carnivore as I can't afford good steaks and other things like egg and cheese powders. I do appreciate how you prep and am gonna try some of your recipes. My wife also hates the smell of pork cooking and I love pork crackling on ketovore. So I'm thinking of buying a gadget such as yours. Is it instapot and as there seem so many types of instapot which type. Thanks for any reply. Bless your family.

It cut off lots of words. I was saying cheese powders. So which brand and type is that and is it free of all non stick nasties and plastics? Bless your family.

Whats with the grams..? This is still America and as hard as the New World Order keep shoving their European measurements down our throats it makes zero sense, measurements are not even for the most part..teaspoon and a half replace a teaspoon, or teaspoon and a quarter..silly. to convert American measurements to European becomes ridiculous..just saying.

I guess I'm confused about the cheese? I thought psmf was low fat 😮 is it fat free cheese?🍕 I gotta do more research on this if it works, I'm having a hard time losing weight, I think it's because of perimenopause because I've never had this hard a time losing weight, and I'm walking like 12,000 steps most days

Sounds delish! Here's another amazing PSMF ice cream or milkshake, depending on how much ice you use: half a cup of coconut milk, half a cup zero fat plain Greek yogurt, 1 cup crushed ice, 1.5 scoops Equip or similar protein powder ( I like strawberry since it's low oxalate), and half a teaspoon of glucomannan powder. For a keto version add a tablespoon HWC.
