I appreciate your honesty I lost 65 lbs and yes I have loose skin but I don't care. I feel better than I did before. I'm healthy and I have finely figured out what works for me. Thank you you look wonderful.

Thank you for sharing your journey, I’ve been doing Keto now Ketovore for almost a year, I’m 70 years old and I’ve lost 55 pounds, I feel better now than I’ve felt in a very long time! I do intermittent fasting everyday for at least 16 hours, I have done a 36 hour fast and it was fine but being on some medication I think the daily fasting is working out well for me.

During Covid I did gain some weight although I never cheated I think I was just snacking a lot more and stuff like that. When I went to try to get that weight off it was a lot harder and I tried proteins Sparing. It has definitely helped me take off that Covid weight. Have you heard of it or tried it?

I have! In fact, I just made PSMF hot dog buns yesterday! I don’t track or weigh anything usually. And alcohol on the weekends have been hard to stop - which I know is stalling me. When I skip it on the weekends, I lose more - of course. Lol

Oh I love the hotdog buns! I am not a big drinker and occasionally would have wine on the weekends before keto, but that first year of keto I didn’t drink anything because I didn’t want to knock myself out of ketosis and then work back in. I think it really helped. After a full year of no alcohol I just Kinda don’t drink it anymore unless I’m at a special function or party if that makes sense🥰

Thank you for sharing your journey. Hum, hum!! I have the same exact lose skin on my neck I thought it was just me, like you I have lose skin all over but I’d rather have lose skin then fat. I’ve never eaten breakfast so intermittent fasting is easy for me. In the beginning I made fat bombs for my sweet tooth (it’s a big one) after awhile I didn’t even want them anymore. I still don’t buy keto packaged products and that keeps me over eating them, trust me if they were in my house I would eat them all them at one time. I started following Dr Berg in the beginning to but I just couldn’t eat those 7 cups of greens I now follow Dr Berry, love him.

Although I don’t have as much as a sweet tooth for salty and savoury I can totally relate there is these coconut clusters they sell at Costco now and I had to just stop buying them🙈 Actually that was one of the reasons I had a hard time following Dr. Bergs version, it was all those veggies and maybe why I did switch over to Carnivore😆 Although I still find his videos a great help and I love Dr. Berry as well🤗

I actually had a stall and couldn’t figure out why, finally found someone who said it could be the lemon I was putting in my water. I hated water, adding lemon to my water helped me drink it but I switched to pink salt and bingo I started losing again!!

I’m happy for your accomplishments. I started Carnivore 2 weeks ago. Carnivore brings on Autophagy, so Im hoping that will help me not to get too much loose skin. I’m loving Carnivore. For the month of February I am planning on doing The Lion Diet-Beef, Salt & Water-no spices/seasonings/or butter. I want to see what I can accomplish in a month. Thank you so much! I am about four years in to my journey. I’ve just been maintaining for the last two years. As far as being at my goal that is complicated because the number on the scale doesn’t bother me but I would like to tone and shape my body a little bit more if that makes sense… but I’m not losing sleep over it either. I do resistance training which does help but ultimately I may need surgery which I’m not willing to do to get my body to look the way I am envisioning if that makes sense☺️

My son is severe ADHD and diet helps to an extent but it is hard to enforce 100% of the time and was not able to convert him to a keto diet which I think would be even more beneficial for him if that makes sense☺️
