I have the feeling that after that little "rebellion", that SP 8543, that SP MP15AC, and the other engines involved were either scrapped or repainted into UP colors, and perhaps UP decided not to make the heritage units.

One thing that I don't really like/fathom about this film was the fact that the locomotives that provided that railgun they used to destroy the Project... were from SECX. SECX stood for Southeast Coal Company. They weren't actually their own railroad, they just provided locomotives (they had a handful of GP38-s and GP20s as well) and some hoppers, for the L&N. L&N crews actually called the SECX units "The sex train". So if Mythos takes place on the West Coast, then why feature those Eastern SECX locomotives? It makes no sense to me. The U.S. Army has their own railroad (the Navy did too), so it would make LOTS more sense to have THEM supply the railgun.

June 18th, 1953. 1 day, there was trouble. #836 was pulling the passenger trains along the route. Up ahead was a wooden bridge that had been washed out due to the heavy rain storms.

This has to be one of my top 5 favorite Trainz music videos ever. I also have an idea of what happened to the engine at the end, but it's a bit sad. You see, the locomotive is numbered 4444, and the only GS4 that survives today is numbered 4449. Basically, everything that happens in the video (except for the scrap yard scenes) is in the engine's head since he is wishing to pull the train one final time. As it does so, some of the scrap workmen prepare to dissemble 4444. The transition from 4444 being rusty to being clean was the moment they passed on and went to the afterlife (I said it would be sad).

The best part of this movie. It was nice to see those engines working together and standing up to the tyranny. I would say, while Submit to Authority wasn't nearly as thrilling and action packed as TMTWQ was, it really seemed liked the government locomotives were pure evil, as opposed to the diesels in TMTWQ, who were merely following orders.
