It sounds like every other headphone amp, shrill and thin.

BRAVO! Sounds as high end as any guitar! What gauge strings do you use? Do you feel a particular gauge works better with SGs? Any advice on tuning tips for SG'S

It's not a fret protector, it is a fingerboard protector.

Yup. Here's a brand new Fender licensed neck and we're just gonna SCRITCH SCRATCH SCRATCH..... Just a great clip sir. You took the time to explain the process and took all the risks before I have to. Beautiful.

Hi! I want to buy this guitar or a Chapman Guitars ML1 Modern, which one should I buy? I'm using an sss fender and I want a stronger sound, my infrastructure is ready for use with pedals. Which should I get?
@addictedtogear4 күн бұрын
Harley Benton is a good choice. The Chapman are good too but much more expensive.

Wrong. The Gibson custom is bass, mids, and treble tones with more stable timbers in the neck and top. It's the rich man's tone. The aftermarket must design around the establishment. DiMarzio is tone adjusting pickups as opposed to voltage adjusting Gibson's. Seymour is low fidelity versions of the Gibson standard pickup. DiMarzio is modelling the standard pickups too. Not modelling the custom pickups.

One or two additions : If you do this without removing the neck, be sure to also tape the pickups! You do not want filings in you pickups! Also ; make sure the guitar is on a flat surface and SUPPORT the neck properly.

Great vid! Just picked up a used black one for $140 - want to toss in a Duncan DIstortion and make some other smaller upgrades leading to it eventually getting painted a la Steve Lynch's black charvel from the band Autograph! Thrilled I can build a fun replica that I'll enjoy shredding on for ~$300

Thanks, I just put a Dimarzio super distortion in my other Kramer Barretta and it sounds great through my Marshall. I posted the video this week have a look!

Tony you should let it go. I've felt the same way you feel in the past and wasting time after you know its a scam is just giving them the power over you.

Sounds like Gibbons is the apple of guitars or rather apple is the Gibson of computers and iPhones. I was thinking of putting the Jimmy page harness but I hate changing the originality. I think I’m ocd or something.

I didn’t want to have to route the trek cavity and risk ruining the paint finish. Vegatrem was a much simpler alternative.

Tony, you’re one of those guys that cuts the strings instead of winding them out?! That’s exciting KZbin content…you got my OCD running amok! lol!!

Nice upgrades! I installed a Dimarzio Rails(Fast Tracker 2) to my Harley Benton ST-62 on the bridge, and Tusq nut, and got the frets leveled, now I like it.... No upgrades to bridge and tuners yet... Because I don't need, in my home use..... No gigging at all.....

I'd use the same strings even after removing them from the guitar :P. It's just me :D :D, and being more budget...... They'd turn out good actually.
