Hello, do you have the tutorial how to make the napkin ? Thank you! I just discovered you!😊
@polarwear318 күн бұрын
It would be SOO helpful for beginner's if the fabric being used had definite right and wrong side patterns. It would make it so much easier to understand. Thank you for the tutorial!

Your video was awesome. You threaded both needles from the front. My directions are saying thread the left needle from the back.??

Sorry, this is way too complicated. I’ll keep looking for the method to sew lining and stocking in one go.
@myralynnette25 күн бұрын
It’s not complicated at all. I found it easier than turning it out and sewing back up part of it

very cute slipper but the sizing on the pattern is completely off unfortunately. I sewed the size 39.5 (E) and it barely fit my size 38 bare feet. Looking at other size charts online the sizing is about an inch off, if not more!

I did this to change a historical man's shirt pattern to sew a nightshirt for me, shortened the sleeves, lengthened the shirt to full body length, worked perfectly and so easy! Thank you very much!

If I wanting to embroider an initial on the cuff, can you help me with what direction it should be embroidered / which way to fold the cuff when putting all three layers together?

I have been making aprons like this for years, but you gave some great tips that I didn't know, like how to press the seams and such. So, it's great for newbies and old hands like me! Thanks for this great video and tutorial!

Hey there! I enjoyed your video! One thing I noticed is that with a few small changes in your video description and tags, you could reach an even wider audience. It’s just a small SEO tweak that could make a big difference. I’d be happy to share some tips if you’re interested!

Anybody watch in this: Look into the attachments. There are many -including zig saggers and a buttonhole maker. Incidentally, the buttonhole attachment is more versatile than the modern version and makes the most amazing buttonholes, far superior than those made in modern machines (yes, I had one for many years and now I won’t go back)

Thank you for the clear demonstration. I just started sewing recently, my question is about the Serger, as I have the same serger as the one you have. Right now I am making a Satin dress, but the overlock pulls the fabric edge badly, I tried to overlock on cotton fabric, it is much better than the satin. So I wondered why? Do I need to use different needles? (Like I used Ball Point Needle #14 on the sewing machine). Or it is other problems? Hope you can help me! Thanks

Is there somewhere I can see a comparison between a finished piece with and without the understitching? I don't really understand what understitching helps with.
@Bobina63424 күн бұрын
Understitching stops the lining and facing from peaking out of the fabric when worn and keeps it on the inside of the garment

Is this applied to a collar shirt for stuffiness ? Do you need to remove the collar from the shirt to do it also how far from the edges of the collar needs to stop ? Do I need to use for all collar or only to one of two pieces of a the shirt ?

That extra square on the foot pedal was for the side of your foot to rest on when you would just roll your. foot over to the side pressing on the other square that gives the power. My mom sewed professionally and at home always had this same foot peddle. It’s just a rolling action from one square to the other something to get used to then very comfortable

Why should anyone watch you if they have a manual. This is purely stupid. I’ve lost my instruction manual and that’s the only reason I checked into in. You act like you’re talking to a stupid person 🙂↔️

Great tutorial. I followed these steps. To put into side seams of a linen rayon blend dress. When I put the dress on the posters pouch out a little, even though I did the top stitching to the seam allowance. Any suggestions to make it flatter? I am thinking it has to do with a bit thicker fabric.

I beat myself up when I sewed my first western shirt out of 12 0z. denim so why shouldn't I beat myself up matching my plaids on my second shirt. Seams natural to me. My wife said that if I buy a shirt at LL Bean that the seams will match but if I buy a shirt at Walmart they won't. I've never bought a shirt at LL Bean. So why would I match my plaids. I dunno-but I'm goin' in!
