The twins are the Emperors, Geta and Caracalla, and the one who screams at the end, is the High Emperor, played by Joseph Quinn, who was Eddie in Stranger things. And yes, Paul Mescal is playing Lucious, Lucilla's son and well, the story is more complex, because apparently Pedro's character is Lucilla's husband... In a few other words, he is Lucious's stepfather. 😅
