I am an American living in Tennessee and amazingly my childhood was very similar, both of my parents were from the mountains and they are gone with a whole lot of wonderful memories :) I am ashamed that there are so many people that are ignorant of the Russian lifestyle, but I am learning so much just watching your excellent videos. Ludorvai is the place for every tourist. In Bagai, Kakarlai, Mushkovai or Vozenshur people really live like it is shown in this museum. Maybe without the black russian sauna. The landscape of Udmurtia reminds me on the region where I grew up in Germany - but with alot more space, more forest, more mushrooms and berries. And real winters. And honestly: Girls with long and red hair ❤

You remind me of my older brother, he has no permanent home, like a gypsy, actually I tell him he is like a leaf that blows around in the wind.. but he is the most happy person I know because he lives how he wants to live every day. Money is not important to him, and somehow he still lives a very good life and a very active social life. he has hundreds of friends from all over the world, when he comes to my mothers for Christmas, always cooks a foreign dish he learnt on a travel somewhere. I used to say to him, you do realise a rolling ball gathers no moss (material possessions) but later in life I understood that these things are meaningless to him. So what I am trying to say is just continue to do what you love, we only have one life! BTW you have a beautiful soul, I can feel it :)

Minor correction: the Romanovs were _murdered_ not executed in that Ipatiev House. Also, that church started getting built in the 90s. In 1977, the Ipatiev House was demolished by none other than Yeltsin

If they reverted the name of the city from Sverdlovsk back to Yekaterinburg, then why didn't they do the same for the oblast? Either name that too Yekaterinburg, or rename it after either Tsar Nikolai II or Yeltsin
