Is there a name for all moves of this sort with the hoop flipped up and over? I know this one move is pendant but is there a word like "top bar" or "dynamic" but for this sort of collection of tricks?

I am disappointed that I can never get fully around. I get stuck in the middle of the roll where I cannot pull myself up. Working on conditioning that but it will be a while ....

I understand that it is frustrating but working on temps and feel that the entire hip is moving is the key to the success 😊🙌

Hi! Looking for any videos or tips to be able to do this drop but catch in an upside down straddle at the bottom? I’ve done it once before but then missed a few catches so lost my confidence 😅 Thanks! Xx

I tried today and I did it ! It is not pretty, it is not fast and I needed time to readjust my position for candlestick. It needs some polishing. But it did work. Thanks a lot. I like that it is kinda inexpected.

The world would be better if most people cared about improving it. Most people I’ve known only care about their kids. This doesn’t improve the environment for the next generation. I think it’s detrimental that we realize this and do the right thing for our sick planet. Not for profit or “for our kids”. Even if you save for them to go to college they will someday realize that the bad guys will pay more in a career. They will likely choose to vote to protect more of their money, rather than improve the world around us for all. I’ve seen rich people be incredibly unhappy. Pick up trash in your community and vote to make sure our environment is being protected. 💚 Happy planet, happy life for all.

I've seen versions flaring up from this mixed grip position to a straddle. Another 2nd version with a meathook flare in front of hoop into straddle and pullover inside leg into hoop. Can u do a tutorial for? Thanks!!!
@Xopox56Ай бұрын
Great video! I'm going to try this during open training (: Quick question. Would it be easier to catch the hoop with the other knee when mounting? I feel like you might run into the issue of chasing the hoop since it's spinning away from the catching leg.

Yes, definitely a good thought and if you feel it would help, do it 😊🙌
