I always appreciate the added tips of "doing this other way may be technically possible, but the other way I showed you is the safest, so do that". I love knowing the safest way to do this sport.

Hi I’m just starting using the hoop and need to know the best tape to wrap the hoop? Having trouble finding the right one, I am using a rough cotton one now and it hurts my hands. Please give suggestions. Thank you and beautiful work on the hoop ❤
@karinodermattcoachАй бұрын
I use cotton bicycle tape. Exists in all colours and is grippy but not sticky 😊

See when you do this? I have a size 100cm hoop but I usually work better on a 90cm because of my size, will this impact the move in any way? ❤

Do you have any tips or suggestions for turning the hoop around you? I can never seem to get it to go the full way around. Is it that I need to be stronger or less scared?😅 (2:01 is the drop time stamp for my own reference)
@karinodermattcoachАй бұрын
Make sure to get it into your hip and the hand that manipulates the hoop has to do a stirring around movement 😊🥰

I’m putting more time and focus into working on lifting my hips… this is inspirational that I’ll get there one day! 🙌🏾🔥👏👏👏

Is there a name for all moves of this sort with the hoop flipped up and over? I know this one move is pendant but is there a word like "top bar" or "dynamic" but for this sort of collection of tricks?
@UnitedElites2 ай бұрын
I am disappointed that I can never get fully around. I get stuck in the middle of the roll where I cannot pull myself up. Working on conditioning that but it will be a while ....

I understand that it is frustrating but working on temps and feel that the entire hip is moving is the key to the success 😊🙌

Hi! Looking for any videos or tips to be able to do this drop but catch in an upside down straddle at the bottom? I’ve done it once before but then missed a few catches so lost my confidence 😅 Thanks! Xx

I tried today and I did it ! It is not pretty, it is not fast and I needed time to readjust my position for candlestick. It needs some polishing. But it did work. Thanks a lot. I like that it is kinda inexpected.

The world would be better if most people cared about improving it. Most people I’ve known only care about their kids. This doesn’t improve the environment for the next generation. I think it’s detrimental that we realize this and do the right thing for our sick planet. Not for profit or “for our kids”. Even if you save for them to go to college they will someday realize that the bad guys will pay more in a career. They will likely choose to vote to protect more of their money, rather than improve the world around us for all. I’ve seen rich people be incredibly unhappy. Pick up trash in your community and vote to make sure our environment is being protected. 💚 Happy planet, happy life for all.
