From memory I saw Weller live a couple of days after Marriott died and they played this - maybe at Nottm Trent Uni - having said that my memory could be wrong!

I just saw their performance on 60 minutes, live and acoustic, his vocals are just as good as they were almost 40 years ago in 1986.
