This was one of my favorite episodes and tbh one of the only SNW episodes I’ve enjoyed.

I really liked this. One of my favourite Trek moments. Especially given he was shown this future and initially recoiled from it because he wants to be a Captain so badly. But comes to realise that he isn't ready and shows enormous growth. He'll make a great Captain one day, but there's a lot of time to get there and realising that is great.

Mariner and Ransom definitely hooked up at one point. How else does she know that he sleeps prone?

We already knew from Picard that it happened at some point. It was replaced by the USS Voyager-A. Don't worry!!! Janeway didn't get that one lost in the Delta Quadrant!!!

I just love that the show made it a not so subtle causal loop with Mariner, she requests this Job on purpose, her obsession with Uhura, the fact that when Boimler takes her to the fleet museum she seems to have a particular interest in some particular parts of the NX-01. Boims states his surprise Mariner was quite eager to go to the fleet museum. And Ransom pointing out her interest in the job was noted was noticed as unusual

As a kid the same age as Wesley growing up, I always wished Beverly was my mom and I got to live on the enterprise. I can only say that this scene was very important to me. Wesley coming home has been put off too long for us childhood TNG fans.

Gods, i like the crossover, just cannot watch the anime. The written by and for ADHD'S spastic speech and kinetic camera cuts just make it unwatchable..
