The amount of people I’ve seen in high level games that don’t know this and just speed run the operation without looting is insane

Melee just seems like u always take way more dmg. I also wouldn’t go for big targets straight away and on what planet does it keep ur health untouched by the time u do enough dmg to get a finisher ur almost dead to those little mobs that u say just chip at ur armor hell no the kick ur arse so all ur tips are just play it like the game teaches u to play ?

Also, if YOU ARE CARRYING the gene-seed and go down in a fight you’ll completely LOSE the item, so keep that in mind

Something you forgot, when you grab the gene seed you are no longer allowed to go down, the moment you do the seed breaks and you lose it for that run

Any mod to make products or items placed on the refrigerator or table looks realistic other than the standard one? For example storing vegetables in a refrigerator when placed inside the graphics doesn't look like vegetables in the outside looks like a bunch of soft drinks outside.

You can hear the difference between a parry and non parry attack. This is a must to learn if you are a heavy melee fighter. I suggest you also keep an eye on the bigger enemies while attacking smaller enemies to grant breathing room before attacking the majoris enemies. You don’t need to kill all the small enemies just push them back enough to deal heavy damage to the bigger enemies.

You can hear the difference between a parry and a non parry attack. If you are a heavy melee fighter then this is a must to learn in the middle of fighting a swarm.

Really hoping for progressive zombies, aggressive AI, "strange" things and environmental aggressiveness. Environmental aggressiveness could be as simple as flooded areas, lighting that burns down whole areas, famine wiping out swofts of nature, drought, creeping sands etc. I believe the long term could be a tilt into "hardcore" faster zombies, more deadly or even different types.

You lose the Gene-seed if you go down

I can say that parry is good and should always be used, however, in the higher difficulties majorus enemies spawn more frequently and a greater number. I’ve been ganged up on by hoards of warriors and sometimes they will call out your parry while another smacks you from behind . Pairing is always good to keep in the front or back pocket, but don’t forget that repositioning can often give you the advantage.

There is a mod in workshop - Wolf's extraction quest which allows you to escape on a helicopter. The mechanics of extraction are the same as Left 4 Dead escaping mission. You 'll be facing the horde and you must survive for a few game hours until heli comes up. That mod is giving sense to your survival. This is definitely must try

Everyone saying "what why didnt your gamer brain tell you to break the crates?" like they aren't literally lifeless green boxes in a corner with some other NON-lootable crates and some random tanks of god knows what. Back in the day the crates STOOD OUT. They would be the ONLY thing laying around in a small room or hallway, and some games even color code them based on what's inside.

Veterans know you can summon armour points by spamming quick headshot on minoris and perfect parrys majoris (parry’s that aren’t supported by blue hints) you can fkn parry god any attack excluding the red hints and be rewarded with a quick headshots, cyclical cycle of perfect parry and headshots… that summon constant armour points. And it’s even better as a bulwark

I feel like everyone is sleeping on the Amazing Race concept, Harvest did it few weeks back as a part of a larger competition, but I really think that PZ lends itself perfectly to this type of race... you have a GIANT map full cars, guns and zombies, and you have a group of people who need to get from one side to the other, first one to cross the finish line gets a hundred bucks or something. Im telling you, people would watch that sh*t.

One thing this guy missed; don’t sleep on the melee weapon options. Under each weapon is a ‘type’ such as ‘Balanced’ ‘Block’ or ‘Fencing’. ‘Fencing’ type weapons significantly improve the parry ability with greater windows for a perfect parry. Even something like the Thunder Hammer becomes an insane duelling weapon with the ‘Fencing’ option. Especially when you get the gold-tier mastery. Game changing!

When is build 42?

I built a staircase going into the water and then a sheet rope going back down to the water to make a one spot gap. And demolished the stairs and turned that to a sheet rope too and now i have a 100% unaccesable base from the zombies . I built the generator like 20 tiles out so no zombies even hear It and several paths back to land.

This would be a kickass regular series

Got some stuff wrong. Helicopter events don't spawn zombies, you don't need gloves to remove glass with a weapon in your hand and zombies are not attracted by lights.

if they fix the netcode with b42 like they said they were then racing could be pretty good I can see gta style servers working without zombies
