3.5 years on a waitlist for a basic ass submariner is crazy

I have a question regarding the accuracy of the NH35 movement. I bought a watch with a NH35 movement a little more than 1 year ago. Since I bought it, every time I wore it, I only wound it by hand for around 10 rounds before letting the automatic rotor take over. The watch's accuracy was around -11sec/day. Even though I am aware that it is within specs, the -11sec/day was very frustrating for me, since I had to unscrew the crown every several days to correct the time. I read that unscrewing the crown too often is also apparently not too healthy for the threads. Three days ago, I read that the NH35 movement needs approximately 55 rounds to be fully wound. I did exactly that, and now the watch is nearly keeping perfect time, at least so far. Is this possible, am I just imagining things, or could this occurrence happen by chance and the improved accuracy actually stems from something completely different? Thank you,

Now I know where the the field watch from Circula, the ProTrail TRTS SE got its look from, it even has loom with the same color. And in my opinion, with its red marking on the second hand, the Circula watch looks definitely better than this field watch from Rolex and has an iron core for magnetic resistance up to 0.1 Tesla and is more water resistant (up to 150m). And of course with less 1200 Euros it is a lot cheaper and you get a second textile strap.

I just got a Casio Oceanus. Check it out. Mine is the JDM version so it is not imported into the US. You can buy one that is here somehow or buy one from a dealer in Japan. There is no warranty on a JDM watch in the US. But, looks are in the eye of the beerholder! I like the looks of mine and then................ check out the movement. For a cost of $350 it has a sapphire crystal and or Bluetooth connection to your phone or it can be connected to the national time clock. It is not plus or minus some seconds it is absolutely right. When was your phone last wrong with the time? When was the Bureau of Standards last wrong with time? I felt not great with the Omega Seamaster 007 and also the Rolex DateJust , with roman numerals and dark grey dial. I thought of keeping it and never wearing it and pass it on to someone or sell it. Then I got 2 great Nato straps.Boom, I like them more than ever

No multi-band 6 when that IS an available system!! No, this is for fools who buy a new phone every couple of years for $800-$1200. Not so smart about money. I have a $12 answering machine that catches any call I miss. About 20 years old and works perfectly. Solid state. This watch is Bluetooth instead of Multiband 6. You just lost ~30% of your customers.

Because this has a 24 hour hand you can use that to find north/south and then rotate the bezel there for further reading
