I’ve got the date version and love it. It really is the GADA watch - my only gripe being the bezel which is a little too shiny and attention grabbing (to the wrong people). Otherwise the most fantastic watch. Love it!

What’s the point of your video..? If you can’t afford to buy the Daytona, get something else. It’s only a watch , it tells time. Nothing else. I do own such a watch , but does this make one’s life better..? I don’t think so. A Daytona is a real luxury item. People buy it because they can. All other moan around about the price and long waiting list. Do yourself a favour and just ignore it. 😂😂😂

It’s nice. I just don’t like analog or ‘anadigi’ g-shocks. Prefer full digital. The light on analog g-shocks are horrible compared to full digital. Less information that is legible on the dial. The GBD200 series is therefore my go to. Never understood full metal G-Shocks. Too heavy.

If the Daytona is such a well-designed watch, as you say, then why does it pair a dial that has 1/5 second hash marks with a 4 Hz movement that is precise to 1/8 second? I think just based on this, the design is and always has been terrible.

If you want a bigger watch just go for the GST-B400 👍🏼

I got a smoking deal on one years ago and the fun about it is that it’s a strap monster. I’ve put black, brown and green leather, standard black and olive nato, red leather nato leather, yellow rubber, blue suede, and brown embossed leather straps on it and it looks like a brand new watch each time I wear it. I’ve never had a problem with the size and it’s a keeper for sure.

I have a real SUB but I also bought one of these replicas from AMZWATCH for piece of mind if I go to another country or if I am doing activities that can damage the watch. I don't see anything wrong with that.

My watch was purchased 2 years ago from AMZWATCH and, to this day, it still looks and runs as well as it did the day it arrived. That movement has never missed a beat despite never having been serviced. I can't complain about that.

It's a nice watch but at $9000CDN I think I'll pass. A Datejust is just a few hundred dollars more over here and I personally think it looks way more luxurious than the AT. Also, the bracelet thing is an issue. I'd buy one only if it had a Rolex or Tudor style clasp.

This is the exact watch I've been looking for. This will make a great travel watch.

My “circumnavigate the world” watch is a Casio Oceanus OCW-T4000. It’s not a G-Shock, but it’s been through the wringer the last two years. It has no scratches worth mentioning, probably because of the TiC coating.

And before the Rolex Submariner we had Omega Marine (1932)

I have a Zelos with the Miyota 9075. Great movement, terrible watch. (Had no idea Zelos watches are basically a giant hunk of metal housing a mechanical movement) I think something like a Nezumi Aviera would be a better choice I think.

I love gshock but their steel variants (including this one) are overpriced. $20 more bucks and you’re into Oceanus territory with sapphire crystal, Bluetooth, multiband 6

I've got the same reference, 145.022 69 Pre Moon. Just got it back from service. Tested to 30M water resistance (not that I would let it touch water on purpose). You couldn't have hit all the points better. Thanks for the insight. These Pre Moons are a joy to wear.
