You should try to make the eggs as frothy as possible and try to puff up the egg as much as possible to get the best taste

Thick omlettes taste far better and Emmy gets his Omlette as thick as possible and you should use more oil

Froth won't be produced if you mix chilli before

Froth has to be produced to make the egg taste better
@emmanuelrajah96882 күн бұрын
If the white and yellow mix as soon as they fall into the plate, they spread more and wont produce the froth if they don't mix before as when you cut it with a knife
@emmanuelrajah96882 күн бұрын
If you break it on the slab or floor, then the yellow and white will mix when they fall and it shouldn't mix before in order to make it puff and give a good taste
@emmanuelrajah96882 күн бұрын
Golden Point - If you use a sharp knife and make a sharp cut, then the yellow and the white won't mix when it falls and so when you mix it, it will mix more properly and you will get it to puff more and it will taste a lot better

Emmy is amused that humanity hasn't learnt how toʻ break an egg in over 300,000 years

Golden Point - Eggs are to be broken only with a sharp knife to get the best taste

Golden Point - Eggs are to be cut with a sharp knife only because how you break the shell determines how the egg will fall into the pan and that determines how they cook or taste

Humanity hasn't learnt in over 300,000 years that eggs is bland if eaten by itself and gets its taste from onions and green chillies...

Restaurant-concept idea: Elegant reassurance that the time was well spent. Elegant reassurance that the time was well purchased. Elegant reassurance that the whole experience was worth it. Michelin 3-star description attempt: Elegant luxury re-display. That the time was purchased for more money than they thought they had purchased it. Elegant tretsure re-display. That the tretsure was purchased for more money than they thought they had purchased it. Elegant redisplay of garden. Thomas Keller is doing something which statement can be lead by this “Michelin 3-star description attempt”.

He did everything other chefs scowl at and still made a perfect omelette. Took a stainless steel fork and scratched around a non-stick pan.
