Is this still viable in 2025? I know skytoss is the way to go but I like the aesthetics of chargelot-immortal-archon a lot more than turtle to 200 supply carrier-tempest (I am very new, havent even completed my 5 ranked games. Just want to get to 2500MMR)

In the 11 hours since I posted this I reached 2500MMR and beat the “very hard” bot for the first time… I have 40 APM and Im beating people with 150+ Thank you so much, no more 20 min Skytos games

Yes the fundamentals of this build are still fine. It will set you up much better than doing a skytoss build.

i wonder how will this work against proxy batery + tempest, there is so much cheese that breaks this strat down

There will always be things that you can't deal with. There isn't a catch all build. That being said, if you execute this better than your opponent does a tempest rush, you're still likely to win. And if you consistently lose to proxy tempest (or any cheese), then it is at that point you can add a scv scout and learn a simple reaction. Don't try to counter everything from the start, build up counters to strategies when you actually face them often.

The plan was to get an apartment that I could walk to Gilbert. However, everything was on lock down when it came time. I don’t know I could take in a dog in a foreign state. Just needed a short walk to Gilbert once everyone got immunization.

This is one of the hardest things to do in Starcraft period or any RTS game. RTS games require muscle memory in multitasking. Atleast RTS games where you build bases and units to dominate. Now other rts games like Sid Meier's Civilization and Stellaris are more mapping out a goal and planning ahead based strategy games. Strategy games are so amazing.

This build sux to 1 base all ins and even 4 gate blink stalkers. 2 adepts killed all my probes. Even died to 16 marine drop.

He does say to build a blind battery in the main vs protoss for oracles. And if you're hitting the benchmarks- 87 supply at 6:00 and hit ~6:45 while warping in stalkers, you are gonna roll over skytoss players at diamond and below

Can someone explain to me what these numbers actually mean for the build order? Such as, when you say, "14 pylon, 16 gateway", what are these numbers actually representing? No, I also do not exactly understand what build orders are outside of the basic context of its the order of events you structure your gameplan around.
