Whats the camo you're wearin in this? Is it a dyed or painted camo or somethig else? Ive noticed it in a few of your latest vids and it looks like it works really well.

Its a Russia copy of Autumn SS camo. Hard as triple tits on a chick to find now that imports are banned from Russia.. You can get this sort of camo from re-enactors supply places like At the Front or used on Ebay

@Ivarr.Bergmann.Alaska preciate it brotha, 🤙 For the last several years I've been modding and making my own camouflage. But I was very impressed by that, the stuff I normally do is dye and rattle can clothes and equipment. Its worked awesome for me and ive noticed over the past several years its just gotten better and better, along with the fact I've found out it's made alot of my stuff way better against ir aswell. When the rain let's up I'm starting on a jacket I have thats rated down to like -20, turning it into a cold weather ghillie top. Its got reflective lines and stuff on it, but we'll see how it goes. Gonna either try to rattle can the jacket or dye it, then take one of those mosquito net leafy camo tops and put it it on over it, stitch it to it then dust it with rattle can to knock it's signature down aswell. Sorry for the lengthy comment bud, hope all is well in Alaska, from ole Carolina. 🤙

No worries about length. Thats what its all here for. Ill always reply. Sometimes longer than others depending on the time I have on hand. No matter what I will always reply in some way.. sounds like you have found your own path, Most dont and just run out and buy shyt. Keep it up. It will serve you well when the hammer drops.

I’ve been “told” by viewers that I don’t need a hatchet. Well, Fall season rain soaks everything and I find I stand more of a chance getting my fire going if I can split open the wrist size sticks and smaller. Then like in your video, I’m still blowing on it to raise its heat level. Takes work this time of year. Good short!

You're correct. We had a whole team once ripping into a old dead oak tree searching for dry kindling. YOU NEED A CHOPPER, PERIOD. .. many times in the rainforest, however you wont find anything that isn't saturated. NOTHING. Its creepy frustrating.

That can be a pain in the Azz😑 For sure Not everyone would reach the Goal of a hot fire in that conditions!

Plenty of time i had to go w/o a fire in the frozen rainforest up here..

Looks nice and good camo. The additional flaps look quite handy and purpose built. Nothing worse than getting snow in everything you don't want snow in. Nate

Frozen wood is to fun even split down its stubborn. I find one of those collapsible fire bellows can be a game changer. Light, compact and helps get the O2 right where you need it. Nate

I loved it when the gym teachers set up the equipment like that. Beautiful place. Was in a similar location last week. Nate
