Great video as always! I truly feel like our education system needs a huge refresh! The way you speak about our cycles is so true, but we were never taught these things. Obviously, i will teach my daughter all about it when she’s old enough, but sadly, not everyone is aware.

I'm looking forward to cooler weather so we can enjoy being outside more with out melting! I love my nightly teas as well. Which teas would you recommend for high cortisol? Just got my Dutch test done and it's high.

I hear you, McKayla! I’m all about enjoying those outdoor moments without melting, too. 🌞 For high cortisol, you might find herbal teas like chamomile, holy basil (tulsi), or ashwagandha to be beneficial-they're great for calming the mind and supporting adrenal health. ☕

What about females with premenopause and menopause with a full hysterectomy? Low energy, fatigue, gaining weight around my belly and brain fog. I didn't had a choice I almost died having my baby. I was bleeding out hemorrhaging. I want my period back. Don't get me wrong. I thank God for being alive still for my kids, husband and friends. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us about harmones health!
