This is just a short tutorial on how to dispute and reverse a debit order on the FNB App
Make sure to have the latest FNB App update from the Play Store or the App Store.

Hi can you do a debit order video which stops a debit order the Fnb app

Hey @Zafar Joosab Thank you for the comment & suggestion . We will definitely work on it. In the meantime if you need to stop a debit order follow the steps on the video until 0:33 , then select stop and then follow the prompts that follow. We hope this helps

Hello @Gift Teresa Thank you for your comment. Apologies for responding so late. If you’re referring to a Flexi fixed deposit account you will have to place a 24 hrs notice to access a portion of the total amount in the account. We hope this helps

is there an alternative way to go about it because the transaction isn't even showing up when i try to log a dispute ? i wasn't even notified of the transaction to begin with
