genius! would you consider the fishroll movement of the hips the same as bboys doing “spring”? fishroll seems more controlled and slower.

When you do the magnet mills do you use your legs at all to kick or is it just turning your arms on the high part of your back and neck ?

Its funny how when i started learning no hand windmills i didnt know you were supposed to keep you head on the floor so i was smashing my forhead against the floor all the time

Ground-powermover reborn here thanks to your video. I have strong spring windmills, but i used to have neckwindmills, too. My body forgot the movement for the neckmills but this helped!
