Its funny how when i started learning no hand windmills i didnt know you were supposed to keep you head on the floor so i was smashing my forhead against the floor all the time

Ground-powermover reborn here thanks to your video. I have strong spring windmills, but i used to have neckwindmills, too. My body forgot the movement for the neckmills but this helped!
