This puts the parts from the main game into the offline benchmark client. So no, it has nothing to do with online in the first place. Any combination of clients (e.g. JP Main game + NA Benchmark) is fine.

Legitimately, it's just the sound effects. Heroes has a problem with 3d sound. It does sound a little like a controller slam or something though.

Hello, I found your video because I am trying to access to debug menu but without success. I load libhijacker and then demon's souls, it shows the debug message that debug menu is enabled, but the game starts normally. Is there a button press that is required?

Are the Snow or Ice materials shown off in the ParticleCollisionRoom used anywhere in-game? I only ask because of I can't remember anywhere they would fit outside the cut Northern Limit area. Also you exploring that downstairs area in the vfx_testroom brings back uncomfortable memories of the dark rooms in GM_Construct.

Snow and ice materials are leftovers from Northern Limit in the main game presumably, but they probably just revamped them for completeness since they were in the material set. It's possible there's places outside northern limit they get used, but idk. Everything else points to the very idea of northern limit as a playable area being cut very, very early sadly.

I don't know how this relates to this video, but yeah, the PSO2 maxscript is heavily out of date and will not be updated in the future. Aqua Toolset is the way forward there.

Thank you, it took a great deal of effort piecing together everything for it. While I feel that I could have done a lot better with the cameras (Heroes cameras are complicated and unfortunately not straightforward to make), I put a great deal of effort into all aspects and worked to get everything as accurate as it could be. A few times, I had to make the choice between keeping one aspect of an object or another (The spinning NiGHTS heads have a functional texture animation sequence that doesn't work with the spinning animation). There's even a few random things that are fixed between this version of the stage and what's in SA2. I learned a ton about the game and modding in general working on this and I'm thankful the fruits of that have been good for many.

Everything went fine when I was setting up the mod but when I ran the character creation tool all NGS face textures were missing. Also, some outfits and parts textures are missing. Tried starting from scratch from reinstalling the benchmark tool to jailbreaking but textures were still missing on the same items.

I like this tutorial, it is very useful but I see that many tools that were used to make manual work have probably been done automatic now (like the ModelRelabeler, it is no longer an .exe but rather, added as an extension of SA Tools). So an up to date tutorial is critical for SA's modding scene :)

Hi! Thank you for an amazing tool, but sadly I got a problem with jailbreaking. Whenever I try to set pso2bin directory for CMXPatcher, it always says "Unable to read CMX" and at check path it always stays clear, even tho it perfectly works in Salon tool. I checked that I have every dependency it need, so I would appreciate your help!

Make sure you keep it up to date and that you're selecting the right folders. Selecting a benchmark folder as the main pso2_bin can cause problems. But more than that, keep the cmx patcher up to the current release. Sega changes things often.
