Wow, a lot of things you complain about are pretty standard if you watch any Chinese videos. Especially the ones where it's clear everyone renovated their apartments. Just very negative. I was going to see a lot of variety, but the commentary just ruined it

This is my hint that I don’t need to watch these videos. 😂 The amount of complaints and unwillingness to make concessions irked my soul. Very western mindset in the middle of China. 😂

All those first few apartments were hideous and nasty looking. How could you even consider wanting to live in them. Apartments 7 and 8 would have worked out and the rent seemed reasonable even they weren’t that posh or luxurious but a step up from those other apartments you started off looking at. I hope it works out for you.

Good luck on your search. Hope you find your dream apartment. Though the prices seem affordable in parts of China I am thankful I can pay cash for my condo in the sunshine ☀ state. Modern renovated and furnished. And in unit washer dryer. Even came with detergent towels and dishes cups and glasses. Silverware too.

New to your Channel....love it. Congratulations on the new place. I get the stress of the last few days. Last big move, we decided to move to a new city....packed up a u-haul, drove to the city, no apartment lined up. drove around to look at a few places, by the end of the day we were moved into a cute new place, new city we had never been to. I love that feeling. We haven't done it in years. I like where we are but itching to move somewhere new. Sadly, rents across Canada have gone insane. We are in a huge rent-controlled place that's cheaper than you can rent a room now, so no way we are moving. Working on re-doing each room now so it at least feels new.
