Hey Caleb another Kaleb saying hello, I’m a Susuin city native and a newer angler and was wondering where are the great largemouth and small mouth bass spots on the delta. Over near Susuin it seems to be mostly stripped bass which is cool but want to chase some monster small and large mouth

I don’t know that side very well, I’ve only been over there a few times to chase striper, but the key thing with largemouth is grass. If you want to find the small mouth you have to go north around Sacramento.

Maybe loosen that drag on the wacky rod a little. Its easy to pull that small hook out of a big bass’s mouth.

Dull hooks worn out line, when you want to compete fun pretty much goes out the window. Work always gets in the way of our competitive dreams.
