Chicken + cereal reminds me of a restaurant in my state that makes friend chicken coated in crushed Frosted Flakes. You'd think it'd be weird with the sweetness, but they serve it with a spicy sauce, and the sweetness + spicy + good chicken was surprisingly delicious.
