So I sprawled a bit more on my bed & held the pain in my gut and stopped trying to.make it go away -- which relaxed me a bit more -- & thought hello pain, and it started to gurgle... And having written this (as more stress release?) it gurgled a bit more assertively -- and now it's nearly gone. So thanks very much for your effective teaching video. It reminded me too of AT lessons too long ago -- I need some more.
