I’m so happy to see a new video Anthony. Table work will always be my favorite part of the session, there is something so relaxing especially if you lay the right position on a hard floor with your head propped up and listen to your guidance.

Dear Mr. Kingsley, Thank you for sharing these first lessons. I have enjoyed your videos for many years. I have a question for you. I have noticed some editing in the last few videos. Is this a new choice? Actually, I am curious about the reason for this editing. I think I would appreciate the unedited version even more :-)

I usually edit out bothersome noises, or camera wobble, or repetition. But apart from that, I do not feel the need in taking out much from the original.

Hi Anthony. Is there any relation to this technique and Chi walking/running? It seems they use the same principle of taking the pressure off the lower back using different posture. Cheers.

I am sure that someone who has gone deep into Zen and Tai Chi, will have developed some overlapping capacities. These things are universal.

@@alih1000 The video definitely has some overdrive or clipping on the low end of the sound recording. The content is top notch, though!
