12:36 I play with manual sequential mode with clutch override on, so it actually helps me to control my gearing ratios. I like a short first but a very long 2nd

My trouble is that right 6 might mean a smooth easy right 6, or it might mean there’s an unseen mini chicane, then a right six that is 3 feet long into a hairpin

It's also notable that a little less negative camber at the rear help cornering whilst keeping stability in the straight lines due to how the weight transfers forward in braking. I know thats a little more adavanced than what this video is meant for but I feel it's important to somewhat explain why so people can apply that them selves instead of just following guides

Thanks for this series! After all these years, these are some of the best guides available! I just got a wheel and now have to relearn driving from keyboard, and im slower. The only thing missing for absolute beginners is shifting and gear control. But talk about the balance and creating a feel for the car is soo useful

With the front, I floor the floor, brake in the curve without releasing the accelerator, I cross the car and release the brake and go straight... it works better for me than with the weight transfer, turning so that the rear wheels slide
