Good job on installing those 2 EasyStarts. They look good and they look like they're working as designed.

1 Question. Is it technically allowable / possible, to bond Neutral and Ground with Inverter type of Generators, which come with a Floating Neutral from the factory, and don't have clear markings of Phase and Neutral contacts? Such are often delivered in Europe.
@JavierRiveraАй бұрын
Yes, if the generator is floating neutral you can get a neutral bond plug and make it neutral bonded or make the bond internally.

Hi, Javier! In my journey to purchasing and owning a Genmax 9000IEDC generator, I've appreciate your helpful videos. I wanted to let you know that when I went to unbond my new Genmax 900iEDC, the neutral wire is not / no longer at the end of the ground bar as shown in your video. Everything else was the same, but the Genmax moved the neutral to ground white jumper cable to the ground screw on the far right (looking from front) 120v plug. I think they moved it since It is actually much easier to get to. For reference, I purchased in MN at the end of October 2024. Just thought you might want to know in case others got the point of your video and couldn't find the neutral at the end of the ground bar - it moved. I sent you a picture to your email noted in posts below if you have a place I can post to for the benefit of others (I don't really do KZbin videos) :)

hi so I have pressure washer that keeps turning off and I keep resetting it, is it because I put into the GFCI outlet? And if I buy the adapter and use my pressure washer there, will it be better?
@JavierRiveraАй бұрын
If the Pressure washer idles up and down the GFCI outlet will not like that current fluctuation. GFCI outlets like stable currents.

Sounds like the needle in the float bowl is getting stuck and not letting fuel into the carburetor and then when you bounce it it gets unstuck and lets fuel enter... then fuel comes in the float Bowl engine runs, needle gets stuck again and the engine runs until it runs out of fuel in the float Bowl... find out why the needle or float is getting stuck in the carburetor

Hey, so years later, are you happy you went with Tokina with focus issues? I'm looking at it vs the Canon. Stabilization could be a vlbig deal for me cos I'm thinking of video, but the faster lens is also something I really want.. 😅 Dilemma
@JavierRivera2 ай бұрын
Hello, the Tokina is fine but remember a faster lens can be achieved by increasing iso as long is not that much. Also, a canon lens is a a canon lens.

Neighbors Samsung refrigerator? They don't like the bonded neutral...
@JavierRivera2 ай бұрын
If you are connecting directly to the generator... I do not think it is the bonded neutral, it is the GFCI outlet in the generators that don't like the refrigerator fluctuations in power. Do not connect anything that has a voltage fluctuation to the GFCI outlet. That is why you need the adapter in the video to connect the refrigerator to the 30A outlet that is not GFCI.

With the two units, can you set one to delay start so they don't both power up at the same time? I am looking to prevent having a spike above 50 amps for my 2ton and 3ton side by side units.
