Assess your aim with the benchmarks (weekly or however many times fits your schedule), but use the game specific routines as your daily grind Faster Sens, I mean sure if it's not a crazy difference. Fov just use 103 ow as a baseline, it's the minimums required fov.

Those are still very recent, and releasing new benchmarks takes an incredible amount of time / effort, we've got lots more projects in the works, dw including for valorant.

both viscose and i (writers for this vid) have spent a few hundred hours maining accel and we both independently had a similar experience with it before we met: accel covered our weaknesses with stopping power, flick speed, and fine control. it helped us transition into learning higher sensitivities, was very fun and motivated us to play more. we both don't regret using it, but at some point realized that covering our weaknesses with accel made it so it was much harder to work on them and develop true control over them, especially microadjustments and developing flick speed. it became a limit to our aim skill and consistency at some point, but that point was only after thousands of hours of practice in fps games.

@@ekfrost3057 ya i've been maining glass for nearly 3 years now! it's a preference thing fs, for me it has these benefits: - was a great training tool. it made all of my mistakes really present in my aim so i would be more aware of them - very low static friction. directional changes and microadjustments are effortless. - consistent glide regardless of humidity - applying pressure of the mouse doesn't affect friction (for viscose that's a downside) - allows me to use a sleeve so my arm won't even stick to the pad - pad never wears/slows down - with low friction, you are responsible for basically every force applied on the mouse which gives me a feeling of total control - it fun :3 i love it for high ttk games, but it has these downsides: - much harder to perform under pressure - requires a pretty high base level of mouse control for it not to be a nerf compared to fast cloth pads - some ppl really don't like wearing sleeves/finding a sleeve that you like can be a pain - controlling tension is MUCH harder which can make it difficult to do stuff like speedts. it makes certain sensitivities much more difficult to be well rounded with too bc of that - skates matter SO much more for glass - you can have consistent flicks on glass but it's exceptionally hard to be at the same level of consistency - it's also almost impossible to be as consistent in tacfps with glass

True, though that's only on novice abd intermediate, the wiggles are subtle, abd the scenarios still play the same as og static, just with more emphasis on fine micros
