Not critiquing, but please please keep the core, shoulder, and elbow engaged, especially on the descending portion. I can feel my poor joints aching from watching this. Please don't use ligaments and tendons as bungee cords and put emphasis on the eccentric during the descend

Thanks! This is how I've always thought of it - getting under the bar with triceps extension, rather than pressing the bar upwards.

Advice for kippers! Yo don't fall off da bar! But for serious calisthenics people, thumbs over gives you an extra digit to work with and provides more external rotation of the shoulders (for wide grip). Most pull-ups in 60 seconds pull-up record setter agrees: kzbin.infoeuolsjh5Y4o?feature=share

Today i tried Wall walk for the first time . I could do 3 reps with perfect form . I enjoyed though it was a bit difficult but i enjoyed and it encouraged me to do more. Interesting point is my age is 67 now and living retired life doing varied exercises .
