Hey bro, i tried with option+ power which took me to internet recovery and after i tried to reinstall os x but it doesnt show up the ssd disk to install on...what to do?

Tried all options, I don’t have an external hard drive. It keeps going into “starting internet recovery” then it completes it and goes right back to the blinking folder with question mark.

What if I can get all the backup downloaded and then before choosing language I just can’t control mouse or keyboard?

Unfortunately it worked right away 2 minutes and 45 seconds into it he tells you to gently tap the power button not hold it in just tap the power button and then hold in the ATL button 4 seconds later maybe 6 seconds later a bar popped up I connected my network typed in my password and then it rebooted so it worked for me I know nothing else did so far but that one did and all I did was tap the power button and go right on the left of the space bar hit the ATL button hold it in for 3 or 5 seconds and then look what happens and yes you can let go as soon as you use The mouse and the holding your network and you don't have to use the mouse you can scroll down with the keyboard and you don't have to hold in the button when you type in your password for your network your network is your Wi-Fi that's what that system is

What if itonly shows internet recovery?

2 years later I’m here to share my experience. I bought the MacBook Pro 15” 2016 and since I got it second handed I wanted to clear the hard drive and everything. I wiped my disc completely deleting everything and while I was still on recovery mode my laptop battery went out forcing it to shut down. When I booted it back up it said contact  support blahblah. Then I followed those steps:1shut down the mac.2 boot it again while pressing options, command and r.3 now in recovery mode again just go ahead and reinstall macOS. That’s it my laptop is working again. Hope I helped.
