You mentioned official store, what's the difference if i just pick a product that's not from the official store. I made my first purchase on jumia last year December and till now no product no refund till now. Laid complaints on twitter but still nothing, i gave up since i wasn't the only one complaining. Alot of ppl are complaining of the same issue, is this the reason we must buy from their official store? Cuz m amazed that ppl ate still buying from jumia and getting their products while the majority don't
