@Amelia Aspiazu-Inigo - I have not used evaporated milk in my recipes but you can try. It may not give you the same consistency but might just work out for you.

Hello Nadia, wondering if evaporated milk can be substituted for regular milk in this recipe as well as the Vanilla Custard Filling and the Vanilla Custard Cream recipes.

Kristy Tran Hi Kristy, I recommend the Kitchen Aid models as they are reliable and work great. I use the professional version of the Kitchen Aid mixer as it does a better job than the standard version. Good luck.
