Not crazy about the outside, but the interior is beautiful. I usually find much more wrong than right with tiny homes, but my nits to pick with this one are few and far between.

Neat home. Really nice design and execution. Having easy escape from the bedroom is excellent. A very dangerous problem I often see with the loft system homes. Where do we get more of his camping trailers? Wow!

Beautiful and cleverly designed. Questions: How much is he selling it for? Is it possible to use it as a year-round house?

So much beautiful and thoughtful detail. I love how you repurpose other things like the banisters in such a thoughtful way... they are part of a new story now. Love it so much!

Such a clever, artistic build. Really love it. Just curious- why not make it ten feet wide? You’re not dragging it around cross country or anything…

I feel I've seen hundreds of tinies and this is the most spectacular one. The beauty of the interior design and foot print is breathtaking. I've watched it three times in a row and just cannot wrap my head around how thorough the planning of something like this must have been. I'm in awe. If he's shipping his houses to the Baltic Sea I might buy one. One's allowed to dream. Nice hat.

I mean, even the iron work on the top of the oven is gorgeous. Same with the kitchen stool. The beam by the fridge is perfect. I love, love the kitchen so much. The craftsmanship in this home is exquisite. The lime plaster walls are *chefs kiss*. This is the first time I've seen baseboard heaters in a TH. The lowered bedroom is amazing. Just so ideal. Cooler in temp and cozy. Sign me up. I'd make the second bedroom a reading nook and line the walls with bookshelves. The only thing I would change is to fit a tub in the bathroom vs shower only. Beautiful home.

BRAVO!! We have become obseesed with luxxing up our homes to the point of rendering housing unaffordable. I was forced into early retirement after the Great Recession and onset of disability which resulted in moving into a senior mobile home park. Going from 3000 sq ft ( a large garage included) to 900 sq ft was a shocker. But it made me reassess the purpose of shelter. I have no mortage, no property insurance and $600/yr property tdax. Im no longer a debt slave. I bought $1000 worth of tools and taught myself to do home improvements. I would have preferred not to be in a mobile home but it was impossible to find a decent small 2 bedroom house unless I went into a rural ghetto or worse, a condo. This is a fabulous home for seniors, first time buyers, or those of modest means.

I would change the bathroom under the stairs, which also has enough room for laundry. Some advice I could give to anyone as an architect and interior designer, is to never put the bathroom right above where you eat and sleep.

What craftsmanship! I was a little skeptical based on the video title, but WOW, that tiny house exceeded my expectations. The thought, ingenuity, care, and craftsmanship that went into this is unparalleled to other comparable tiny homes. A bathroom on the upstairs is next level! What a gem and kudos to him -- his dedication to his craftsmanship shines through on this build.

What a surprise! When I saw "clever" in the title, I asked my wife "Oh sure, how clever can you be with a tiny home design? They are all basically the same." You sure proved me wrong. What a pleasure to see your unique design and hear your thought process. Brilliant!

This is incredibly beautiful. I think it would work well as an Air BnB. People would pay for the experience of staying in this work of art. As a short person, I noticed one detail: I don’t think a small child would be able to climb into the loft you labeled the children’s room. On the other hand, adults wouldn’t want that as a bedroom if a child were downstairs, because the child would have to enter their bedroom to use the bathroom. There needs to be something for a child to climb to get into their loft, maybe ladder steps built into the loft wall and a rail to hold for balance and hoist themselves. (For my fellow viewers, see 14:20 or 14:37 to notice how high it is. It’s a good height for the builder, a tall adult male.)

I think he has set the bar for tiny homes. I wonder if he has screens for the operable windows? I would prefer a shower head with detachable to hand held ability. Love the retro look of the appliances in the beautiful kitchen. TFS Good luck with sale. Hope it goes to an owner who appreciates it. ❤❤❤😊😊😊
