This video presented a truly comprehensive vision for the future of education! The idea of merging business with educational reform is incredibly innovative. What particularly impressed me was the focus on peer and alumni engagement. The concept of student candidates interviewing schools to determine if they're a good fit flips the traditional application process on its head. This shift from "apply, get accepted, hope it works out" to a more thoughtful and collaborative approach is refreshing and has great potential.

What a lot of people forget is that f a business is doing well, it's NOT the business that is doing it, it is the PEOPLE working in/for the business that are doing well. Keeping those people is an art - you need to treat them well to generate loyalty so that if things do get a bit sticky they will stick it out until things improve. Good pay helps, of course, but decent working conditions (working hours, staff canteen, flexible working, annual leave, clean and safe environment), decent managers, etc., all go a very long way toward that. It is often the people that make the job ok, and frequently the people that make you want to leave!

Raising money just for the sake of raising money is a fool's errand; if you are a struggling business that will be stress enough without adding the extra stress of debt repayment on top! If you have a decent business plan you should know when, and how much, you need to raise extra capital and have a plan on how you can repay those loans. And as Mr Abraham said, it's not an instant thing, you don't just start a business and it's all there, up and running - it starts slow and/or small, and builds over time.

Thank you so much Ivy as a new mum you have just given me an idea of how my desire to become an entrepreneur can have ups and downs but the dream to push is always there. I have been a silent mover (watching your videos) but now I want to act.

Nice to see you back, Ivy! Pun #1 - I was guessing something to do with stitches Pun #2 - LOL, oh dear!!! My mind went toward dogs! Pun #3 - Being from a computer background, I am kicking myself for not getting this one! Pun #4 - I need a map, you lost me on this one 🙃 Pun #5 - Magician or Mortician to hide the competition? 🤣 I have a hotmail account, from a while back, and never knew that hotmail, as a product, originated in India; though I should not be surprised, so many wonderful IT people there! Craydel looks to be a wonderful concept, especially going so far as to continue to remain in contact after placement at a college or university. I never went to Uni but I can imagine that having a 'lifeline', particulalry if far from home, even to being in a different country or continent!) must be so reassuring.

Very educative, on the other side of the coin, the patients too and their relatives/guardian should remember that the healthcare providers have also their human rights so that when expressing your own, do it with respect and treat them as humans, avoid confrontations especially if you gonna leave your patient behind, they may be treated with prejudice and attitude - I mean they are humans as well, avoid being verbally abusive and physically aggressive...

This ties in nicely with some of your previous videos about saving - it may take a while, but after a bit you could have enough for a deposit on a home and, maybe, a bit over to add some personalised features to the property. With the mortgage you'd likely need to reduce the amount you save each month for a few years, but things get better, you earn (hopefully!) more so can afford to save a bit more and so on.
